It fluctuates, depending on what going in my life, lately it been in the 2-5 range
but when I'm really horny: More 7.... a lot more. I don't have time everyday! But I try to 2 to 3 times a week, and whenever I'm trying to impress someone.. nothing gives you a better glow than an orgasm right before you meet them!
