In the last two weeks a strange thing has been happening. Every time I orgasm, I get a headache. No little headache either, but like a throbbing migraine where light hurts my eyes and I feel sick. I'm prone to migraines anyway, but I've never gotten them from orgasm before this. Usually sex or a good orgasm will cure most of my minor headaches. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on making it stop? It's really driving me nuts!

This happened to my guy, out of no where, he started having these headaches!
We stopped having sex for about a week and then it stopped.

After-orgasm headaches aren't really rare and aren't frequently a sign of something really bad, but sometimes they can be a symptom or a bigger issue (usually relating to the blood vessels in your brain) - so if this persists, you might want to check in with a doctor about it! Also, beginning to use or switching to a new type of birth control can sometimes cause headaches after orgasm, so if you did that, you may want to look into a different kind of birth control. Hope this goes away quickly!

That's strange to me considering orgasms tend to cure headaches in general from what I've found! I would see if it persists and then ask a couple of doctors about it, and I would definitely get multiple opinions.
