I don't believe in "vaginal only" orgasm, the clit has to be stimulated somehow, either with a toy or the penis thrusting at the perfect angle brushing against the clit.

I think you might be right, at least for the majority of us. I know there are different schools of thought on the subject: some say that foreplay should be enough to stimulate blood flow into the vaginal/g-spot area to then allow for a purely vaginal orgasm; others say there is rarely such a thing as a "vaginal only" orgasm and that most women require clitoral stimulation during intercourse/penetratio n as well. I tend to lean toward your (and Betty Dodson's) emphasis on the importance of clitoral stimulation.
