Well when I did it I didn't start out that way, that's why I said it was sort of an accident. I running out of room for my legs in a small shower and decided to put them up against the wall and the more I arched my back eventually I was just standing on my head and it was just amazing. I don't remember actually feeling like anything was rushing to my head, which is so odd.
