Do you need to be aroused to get off quickly, or at all?

I ask because I find if I'm hanging around bored or if I'm stressed, I can say to myself "an orgasm or a few would help out", and I can just make it happen, rather quickly too, without any arousal whatsoever.

Wondering if most people are like this or if most have to or like to be aroused first.

I can have those kinds of orgasms too. But they are not even half as powerful so I stopped going for them.

I can go from zero to orgasm in a couple of minutes. They are just as good then as they are if I'm aroused.

I can do those quick orgasms, but they aren't real satisfying. Sometimes I'll crank out a couple some hours before I go to bed, as kind of a tease and promise for a long, good solo session.

Not really. I can get off without ever fully engaging into feeling aroused, but the orgasms aren't nearly as intense. It's like scratching an itch.

Mh, if I start from zero it just takes me a little longer to get to orgasm, and I'm going to need more lube, but I can get off starting from pretty much any state.

Heck, I get recurring kidney stones, and I've been known to masturbate while in horrible pain to use the endorphines of orgasm to make it more bearable.
