pls can someone help me.

i was in a committed relationship for many many yrs i have always had sex. i really ever needed to masturbate or use a lot of toys.

Stress could contribute to why you are having trouble reaching orgasm. I have no suggestions other then if you are looking to spend very little money earn points til you can afford what you want. You may also need to relearn your body on your own to find what can help you climax. Good Luck on this

You are stressed, probably depressed, and all the issues you seem to be having will only compound the problem.

If at all possible seek help. (I'm in no way calling you a psycho or anything!!!!) Stress and depression feed each other, and can cause chemical imbalances that really make life SUCK.

Stress is a biggie. Relaxing, yoga, eating well, potentially talking to someone, and exercising are all helpful things.

Having consistent cardio exercise is linked to an increased chance of getting orgasms. (Not saying anything about your exercise regiment, just saying from the study). Women with consistent exercise report higher frequency of orgasms. But most important is the ability to have a calm, focused mind.

What about a good sexy book? They say that the mind is the biggest sexual organ we have. What if you get a good book, or borrow one, and relax a little and just have fun discovering something new, see why turns you on? It has worked for me

There is also the possibility of medication side effects. Even if sexual side effects are not on the label, that doesn't mean it cannot affect you in that way.
For example pain meds have that effect on me. I asked my doc about it and she said that even though there wasn't anything in the "literature" about that, it was possible. I wish you well.

You might want to forgo toys for a while, actually. Give yourself a chance to see what you like on your own. that's always helped me when I'm in a bind.

Are you on any medications? I take antidepressants and they mess with my ability to have an orgasm. I can usually get one (and only one) but it takes forever.

As everyone else has said, stress plays a big factor. Subconsciously, your mind might be preoccupied. Try to really relax before you "go at it". Maybe use porn in tandem with toys? It could help keep you distracted.
