Yes, simultaneous orgasms are possible. A couple can achieve this with lots of good stimulation for the female during foreplay, followed by sex in a position that enables additional pleasure. I need plenty of stimulation to orgasm but he doesn't. To fix this problem, we use the missionary position; with him leaning in close to me and grinding hard against my clitoral region every time he pushes. He edges himself while he helps build my orgasm.

Define simultaneous...

Orgasm at the exact same moment is improbable physiologically (with a high order of probability not to occur). But orgasming together is relatively common as far as I understand the matter.

Women orgasm, muscles of the vagina tighten (twitch, convulse etc) which triggers the male to orgasm through over-stimulation.

I can list facts.

I have also induced my own orgasm moments after my partners and several or my partners have orgasmed as I have shot my load inside them too.

I think the idea of a perfect moment of simultaneous orgasm is just too improbable.

It is possible. For us, we do it on the edge of the bed. The girl lays down and the guy stands at the edge of the bed. She can put her feet on his hips or wrap her legs around him. So these are the tips I was talking about. Do you have some of those up your sleeve when striving for synchro-climax?

The biggest problem we always had with simultaneous orgasm was that I would cum more quickly than she could. The way we solved that problem was for me to use the toys to get to have several orgasms before I got into the action.

We were most successful with the Cowgirl position - she could lock me onto her 'spot' and grind her clit onto my pelvic bone. From my position I could see her face, gage her breathing and get locked on - then viola - we could cum together.
