We engage in D/s play - mostly where she is the Dom and me the sub, but we do switch from time to time. We do a lot of tease and impact play - but nothing that would qualify as torture.

Might I make a suggestion? You make a ton of 5-10 word entries, but offer little or no insight as to why the question or how you would reply. It would be helpful if you gave a little background - not just one-liners.
