Not at all for me. Seems unsanitary, and risk of infection, especially E. Coli, is a huge turn-off for me.

That's why I do a lengthy cleaning process before and after any prostate play, to minimize that particular biohazard.

Even without the infection risk, I find it disgusting, but if you have a safe way to do it and it's your thing, have at it.
