A big fan of mouth gags and drooling here! Had only used ball gags my entire happy sub life, but now we want to try something more elegant. Absolutely love the fancy simplicity of the bit bone gag, and expect a lot of drooling BUT OH MY GOD THIS TINY DILDO!!! This is so adorable and looks absolutely stunning, but I am a bit worried that I would have troubles breathing. Did anyone try? Would be super super thankful for any insights!

We just started using ball gags - so not much of an expert. If I were going to try something different it would be the bit-bone gag - but that's just me.
After make a decision, update the community on your choice and the results.
BTW - why not get both - they aren't that expensive and variety is spice of life!

you shouldn't worry at all about having troubles breathing with the little dildo gag. It is designed in such a way that it is very comfortable to wear. It does take a bit o get used to it, but the sensation and the idea are totally worth it.
However, I would go for the bit gag, too. Since you are a pro with mouth gags, you must know the feeling above and beyond, and our little penis gag is initially shaped like a ball. So, if you're looking for a fresh perspective, definitely the bit-bone one.

I think some sexy ( even regular) panties would be good. Especially if has a little scent.
I can envision stripping them off and sexy, playfully stuffing in the mouth.
