Ummmmmmm..???? Think about this. Sorry to point this out, but the rectum is the repository for waste products from YOUR body. It is MEANT for waste products. More then that, urine is sterile. The material the rectum is designed to contain is NOT. If the rectum can hold feces, then urine is "no biggie" from a health perspective. It is no more salty then most enema products and in many ways is far milder.

(1) Urine can be acidic, and acid can damage the rectal mucosa (as P'Gell pointed out this would probably not be a concern if you're properly hydrated).
(2) Uric acid is decomposed by bacteria into various other nitrogenous compounds - think of the smell from old pee. What effect would these compounds have on the rectal mucosa? Again, bigger deal with urine from someone who was not well hydrated, or if you wanted to hold it in for a long time for some reason.
Salts - not a big deal. Bacteria - not a big deal for the butt provider, bigger deal for the peer unless they use something to inject it (which a woman would need to do) Even then probably not that big of a deal, otherwise guys would get UTIs from most anal sex.
