I get chills/cold and feel "sick" while having anal

Contributor: kriii kriii
Hey.
So, my BF likes anal very much, I must say I like it too, so intense orgasms, even though I don't have a lot of experience with it.
And I like when he stimulates it from outside or puts a finger in while having classic sex.

But there is a BUT.
We do it very rarely because it takes more time for preparing and stuff,
but the most important reason is that I just can't do it for too long

I get cold/chills while doing it, and I start to get sick because it's so intense I could maybe pass out, so it's hard for me to have a bit longer anal session, I always ask him to finish faster...
Ok, a few times, everything was fine, I didn't feel cold or sick, just enjoyed everything.

How can I get over it? Is it in my head, and I need to relax and just get over that moment? It's hard to explain.

P.S. Maybe u have a good suggestion for lube, most of them give me a burning feeling when applied, even though they are water-based, paraben/glycerin free.
Should I try silicone?

ah, and By the way, I'm a woman, profile info is wrong. ;D

Hi! What was the difference between those pleasurable sessions and those that made u feel sick? Have you noticed anything?

Sounds like a reaction to stress. Your body counts any pain as stress.

As for the lube, there are special anal lubes that are thicker than the ordinary ones. Take a look at the JO H2O anal and Jelle, both are water-based but designed to make anal play comfortable and pleasurable. And don't forget to use a lot of lube for super-soft gliding.

But the thing is i dont have a pain, maybe at first a little discomfort.
We have syringe for lube, different size plugs, everything very slowly to relax muscles.
But maybe i have some stress, some subconscious fear.....

Well, any fear or doubt should be discussed with your partner. Try to tell him what stresses you.

Silicone based GunOil is our fav Anal sex lube. More so, I would suggest wearing butt plugs around the house regularly. Aim for 3-5 times a week and work up to leaving it in for a couple hours. Increase the plug size as comfort and budget allows. The anus can be trained very effectively with patience and persistence.

Look into K or J Powdered lubes, you make it yourself by mixing it with warm water and have so much as you'll need for good pleasurable anal. Are you cleaning yourself with enemas? It's important that you're clean or that will ruin the pleasure even if nothing presents itself during play.

Cold/chills and nausea can be a reaction to the body experiencing any intense sensation or stimulation that it registers as being "too much," even if the sensation isn't actually pain. The anus isn't really designed to be penetrated - the sphincter and other muscles are in fact designed to hold everything in, so they naturally remain tight, so even if you've been well prepped beforehand, your body might just be freaking out over having those muscles stretched for long periods. The fact that it is pleasurable might actually be adding to the sensory overwhelm.
It might help, as others have suggested, to try anal training - starting with a small plug and working up to wearing it for longer periods, then increasing the size again. Doing that at least a couple days a week should help your body become familiar with the sensation and get more comfortable adapting to the stretch.
If you do have some psychological hang-up about anal, the anal training might also help you to identify what is causing you stress - or at what point in the process the stress response kicks in, whether it's related to the size of the plug or a specific length of time.
Definitely also try some different positions. My other guess here would be that your boyfriend might be penetrating deeper than a plug, or the impact of getting fucked might be putting pressure on some organs. Sensory nerves for internal organs can be a little weird, so that could trigger chills and nausea - again due to the body basically pulling the panic cord.
