I'm definitely a fan of anal play much of the time but there are definitely days where I could be uncomfortable, am having intestinal issues, etc. and just am not in the mood (knowing that it will not bring me any pleasure). As far as I'm concerned anybody in a long term relationship needs to be able to take a step back if their partner says no on that particular day.

Yes, I have. Rarely though. Somedays it just doesn't feel as good.
