She needs to be extremely relaxed and you both need a lot of lubrication. And go in slowly not fast when you do it right yes it can be good

Lots and lots of lubricant and a good lube that stays on for a while too. As mentioned above, take it slow don't force your way in. Maybe start practicing with a small plug to get the body used to it.
