Well I bought the Big Boy prostate massager. I've tried it twice now and unfortunatly, it does little for me. The first time I used it I felt like I was kicked in the balls all day, not fun. The second time was less painful since I had mastered getting it in but it just didn't do for me what I fantasized. Maybe I'll give it one more try by leaving it in longer and see if I get something then.

Bievan - I had the same sensation the first time I tried the Bad Boy. Oof - felt like a torture device.

The key to anal/prostate orgasm is rhythmic stimulation in a pattern. As you get closer bring it up a bit. You need to almost relax into it, rather than tensing up as things get closer, so it can help if you have a partner to "run the stimulation" for you - just be sure that you both know where to aim and the type of stimulation that works best (do some practice rounds with plenty of discussion).

Every time I masturbate anally I get an anal orgasm. I typically use larger dildos for that, since it feels like a real guy. I just pretty much play out a fantasy in my head, and it works great. I actually get off more from anal and rectal stimulation than prostate stimulation with lots of fast thrusting.

It's different for everyone, and you just have to find what you personally find pleasurable that gets you off.

I have, many times, with a dildo and a few, um, improvised devices. The key is going slow at first and stimulating your penis as little as possible. Eventually your prostate and anus will begin to tell you what feels good and how much you can handle. For me rapid pounding is unpleasant and turns me off ... but long, slow, deep strokes are another story entirely.

Yes, they do, but the Aneros toys probably have the steepest learning curve. In order to get an orgasm from them alone you need to master the use of the toy as well as getting an anally-triggered orgasm. You also need to dedicate plenty of time to play.

Probably the best way to start (for a guy) is to use a handheld probe/dildo/vibe with a curve so it stimulates the prostate better. Start off by finding the most stimulating ways to use the anal toy, then bring him to a combined anal/genital orgasm for a few times. After he's mastered this, then use genital play to get him very close and then use anal/prostate play to bring him over the edge, then slowly dial back on the genital stimulation. This isn't guaranteed to work, but if he can have an anal/prostate triggered orgasm it will probably work.

I think I might be able to do it if I gave myself enough time and put enough effort/patience into it... The biggest problem for me is that I have to navigate a toy while trying to lose myself in the sensations.
If someone else were to pilot the operation, I think I could manage a purely anal orgasm... It would just take time.

Two reasons: First, the nerves from the genital area are all around the pelvis, and there are plenty of nerves from the anus that can feel good as well

Second: On guys you get prostate stimulation, on girls you get G-spot stimlulation. Guys also get the base of the penis stimulated.

Add the two together and possibly throw in a little genital play beforehand and you can definitely get an orgasm.

I've only done it once and it was awesome. It was followed 15 seconds later by a (jerked off) second orgasm. The first orgasm was while my partner was using a toy to work my prostrate.
