After i ve had anal sex for the first time i had a vaginal infection because of it (e.coli vaginitis). i have done it again and i am afraid to get another infection, especially `cause my man touched my vagina afterwards without proper cleaning. Can you give me some tips and tricks about after hygiene maybe

Dear Rainboww, the struggle is real, we all know that. The simplest way to avoid any nasty infections when traveling from one orifice to another is to use different condoms. Also, if you're using toys, keep in mind that the best way to go would be to have different toys for the vagina and for the anus.

Make sure you use a cleansing bulb and clean your ass out really good first my wife loves pegging my ass and I love getting pegged in anal hygiene is very important when it comes to anal sex just go to the pharmacy buy a cleansing bulb and use it 2 or 3 times before anal sex

LGP is right, douching might be a good idea when preparing for anal, but it's totally optional. It depends on how deep you'd wanna go during your anal session, go active the thrusting is gonna be if you'll have any.

So, if you're using a small plug and that's it for your anal endeavor, a usual shower would be more than enough. If you plan so gaping action then a douche is absolutely mandatory.

In many other cases, it's up to personal preferences. If you want to fell squeaky clean - go ahead. If you are ready to handle anal sex in all its glory (and it might get a bit messy) - you are good to go with a thorough rinse. After all, the rectum is a passage, not a storage, so with proper and regular bowel movements, you should have nothing up there to make a mess.

But whatever you do, respect the rule - different shafts for different orifices.

You are right me and my wife have always been careful about that I keep my anal toys in one box for Pegging and she keeps hers totally separate I no sense in taking any risk and by the way Ginger Ann can you tell me why women love to Peg their men so much don't get me wrong I enjoy it immensely

Potential serious bacterial infections should be discussed and attempts made at prevention before engaging in anal sex. A condom is not sufficient prevention.
