I'm sorry for the somewhat random thread, but I just wanted to give some feedback on the return process. It was so simple! No confusing checking boxes on the back of the original pack slip(thankfully I still have it, but sometimes I'm human and I lose them). I'm happy to say I've never had to return something before here, but you go above and beyond to make it simple. While I'm sad at the product failure, it's a thing of the past with how tickled I am about the ease of the return process.
