I recently had an ordered lost in the mail. Today was the deadline date. I wrote a support ticket. Received one back rather quickly and my order was reshipped. I am so very please. EF is such a great place to shop. I know some things bother me (rarely) but overall they have had the best customer service in the world. I have had other places lose my packages and it has yet to have happened with EF. I have had another store actually print a label with their logo on it when I specifically picked the option for discreet mailing. EF is just the best. No one knows what's inside! Not to mention that they do a great job at packaging everything!

Fabulous!!! So glad it worked out for you!! I don't think I've ever had an issue with a toy going missing or anything like that, but I have returned two assignments because I couldn't tolerate the smell and they were absolutely wonderful about it! Three cheers for Eden!!

Great to know that they took care of the issue as fast as they did. I haven't had that problem, but I did have one where my box was opened and damaged, but the packaging that the actual "item " was in. was unopened. I decided to keep it because it was unopened, a lady at EF offered to send me another one.
