When I go to place an order, I have noticed that if I change something in the cart, refresh the page or leave that cart page then come back to it, sometimes there will be items missing that I had put in there previously. They just "poof" from the cart .
This mostly happens with the product that I last put in there before changing to refresh the cart or adding something else. OR its usually the freebie gifts that go poof.
Just wondering if there was a way that Tech Support could check into that? I have had several gifts not be sent to me because of the fact that the shopping cart went hinkey. Thanks!
