EdenFantasys Announces Split From Liberator

Contributor: Gary Gary
Today EF issued its official press release, announcing its split from Liberator. I know a few of you have already heard about this - as there was a contributor thread started here.

Basically, Fred bought the company back from Liberator, and will continue to run the company. There is no reason for anyone to be alarmed. No changes (other than continuous forward movement) will be happening at this time. EF and Liberator will continue to do business together, as well as continue to share their office and warehouse facilities.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask away.

Interesting. Fred got a deal. From the press release: President Fred Petrenko. The sale includes a payment of $700,000 in exchange for full control of the shares of Web Merchants, and 24.5 million shares of Liberator common stock. Web Merchants was initially acquired for $100,000 and 28.4 million shares.

Please just don't move anytime soon. I like having the warehouse 20 minutes from my house.

If you must move, might I suggest that New York is a fantastic state (specifically, south New York).

Ditto! We were wonderful before, we were wonderful during, and we'll be wonderful still. I am surprised at how short-lived it was, of course. But it's not a bad thing if there were lessons learned, friendships made, and new clientele brought in! So I toast to the future!

The shipping times were much better for Canada in their previous warehouse. It used to be about two days, now it's a week in average. It kind of sucks.

But I had not been following the news enough to know why there was a move in the first place. I can only wish EF good luck in everything.

Awesome news!

Personally, I'd love it if the company was being moved back to NJ, cause postage from Atlanta totally SUX for overseas!

I'm in Canada too but found out about EF after they already moved so I wasn't aware of shipping time changes... I'm surprised it would reach you in two days before.. I think a week is excellent and I've been impressed with the shipping speed.

I'm so new to the site that I didn't even know that EF and Liberator were the same compnay. Having been in electronics for a looooong time, I think it is always better when companies seperate nrather than merge. Generally it means that the better, faster one will become even better.

Yeahh. I was totally loving the 2-3 day shipping times to Canada before. Ah well. Can't really complain, EF is so lovely in so many ways that I can manage to wait a couple extra days for stuff Wishing EF all the best in this change.

When they were in Jersey, I got them in the same amount of time as I do now that they're in Georgia. But, that sales tax pisses me off because I always forget about it in my calculations. LOL
