Good morning! I am pleased, no ecstatic, to announce the issues with checkout have been resolved! It appears it was a glitch with gift cards. Purchases paid by credit card were not affected which explains why some customers were having issues, while others were not.

Thanks Stormy, I was just getting ready to submit a ticket since a gift card wouldn't work while I was trying to check out last night. Now I know it wasn't just user error.

Stormy, I now have a new issue. You know how I told you that I use both the pc and a tablet. Today, I'm not able to log in and stay connected to my account using the tablet. I'm on the pc now, but I had to kick my kid off it to get on here. I love the portability of the tablet so I hope this will be able to get fixed. I'm asked to give my username and password and then it doesn't do anything. If I go to vote on reviews that I've read, then it asks to login again after I've already logged in and then it doesn't stay so I'm not able to comment on anyones walls, vote, do forums, etc on the tablet.

The issue has been passed on to the designers and they are working on it, so I'll be able to update this again with some more information in a little while.

I just placed an order (combination points/payment) without trouble though the checkout process was different from what I'm used to and the order number looked strange. However, all discounts applied and I got my confirmation emails.

Sounds like you were taken to the gift cart instead of the regular cart. Try clearing your cookies and all of that fun stuff to reset it. And then do a test order and let me know if that fixed it, please. You don't have to click on check out once you're in the order screen. Just see what happens when you add an item.

What seems to be the problem? If it's a programming issue, I can get it to the designers pretty quick. If it's an issue with pricing then customer service is the way to go.

As of right now, I'm on the tablet and can sign in and it stay there so hopefully it will stay that way.

I don't know if I did it intentionally or not.

I was sitting on an order last night so I tested Beck's method (but didn't place the order) before I went to sleep. However, I logged out, cleared all cookies and turned my computer off afterwards. When I logged in this morning, the cart still had my items (that's normal, I rarely lose them) but it was mostly green (instead of the usual pink). I went ahead and placed the order because I thought the different look was an update/fix.

Now when I add something to my cart, it's back to the "EF pink" I'm used to, so I think you're right, I used the gift cart.

Has anyone had this issue before? I'm now having issues from copying/pasting my review from MS Mord into the standard format for my lingerie review. When I right click paste it wont show anything is there when I hit ctrl-v nothing shows up. If I hit paste in another word document it pastes it over.

I've had this issue in the past. I believe the OS is to blame, not EF. Try using notepad as an intermediary. Drop the text into a new text file, scrub the clipboard, select the text again, then try pasting it into EF.

Right, it's happened to me once or twice and there was just too much info on the clipboard and so it didn't save it.
