Not sure how it works since I'm not ready for a new assignment yet. But all the products that I "store" in my assignment cart so that I can think about them when I'm ready have the button. I don't bother paying attention to the price when I grab things- only when I actually select for assignment. It's the same place I put things I might buy.

Apparently not the way I thought. Not sure what it does actually. I tried to request an item above my limit, and I still got a request to send an email...
