I think that the website needs a face-lift. The content is abundant and the features are useful but the color scheme and some aspects of the site's design cheapen Eden's image. How about something classy in burgundy and grey?

I'm actually rather fond of how fanciful this place looks...

Hmm...I kinda like the way it looks now, too. It's cute and friendly. Maybe we're a bit used to it, but I still like it.

When I got the 30% off coupon, I decided to buy toys for two of my friends as presents, and they really liked the design; it's pretty, friendly, and easy to navigate. I DO wish the sidebar was organized a bit better, but that's my only qualm.

I second this -- however, I'm pretty sure it's already been mentioned that they're working on that -?

I like the site. It's bright and cheery.

I have to disagree! Even though I like sultry reds, I find the current color scheme very visually stimulating. Besides, everything matches! XD

I like it as well. It's very friendly and not intimidating

I like the general feel of the website design and colors. Most websites I've been to either are just plain business blue (how boring) or they try WAY too hard to be sexy and classy to the point it is gaudy and off-putting. I find the pink and green scheme to be reminiscent of fantasy, fun, and friendly. It is interesting, but it isn't over done. It is simple, but not boring.
I think the pink and green is part of Eden's signature look, it is one thing that distinguishes them from all the other sex toy web stores. I can't see them changing the the color any more than they would change the leaf logo. It is what people know and recognize, more goes into a color on a website that just what looks pretty. Green for eden signifies that it is lush and fruitful, pink for fantasy signifies that it is sensual and fanciful. A rule in the business world, don't change your logo or people won't know who you are and they won't trust you anymore. The logo is the first thing people see that helps them recognize a business. In this case I think the color scheme ties into the logo so much, that it would not be good for business at all to change it.
I've always liked the colors of the website, and the pink and green has been used in a very smart way. It is used to separate and organize, and I think it looks and works great. It is fun and lighthearted, and there is a sort of beckoning to it. The website almost says "nothing taboo here, this is a friendly and positive place."

Okay. I guess that I'm in the minority. Something about the design (not necessarily the color scheme, although it reminds me of a certain samba school) screams "cheapo" to me. I can get past it, and I realize that Eden is a reputable purveyor of fine sexual products as well as a great place to find toys that provide cheap thrills. I like the site's content but I think that some features and aspects of the layout could be more user-friendly. Just my two cents. I'm glad that most people seem to like it as it is.

I have been forced by my own mindful exploration of this site to retract my opinion of the website as "cheap looking". I spent some time looking around and I wish that I had considered that comment a bit more before I posted it. Incidentally, my forays through the site have acquainted me with many features that I hadn't seen before and appreciate. Thanks, Eden.

I'd have to admit that I dislike the color scheme of this site. It's a fabulous site, and easy to navigate, but the pink and green regularly irritate me.

I do think some things seem hidden away and the front page is a bit cluttered.

Hmmm you might be on to something with the cluttered look - but otherwise loving the colour scheme and all the rest.
