The past few weeks have had a spike in old announcement threads being revived with old news that has either changed or has been part of the site for several months now - and unfortunately, some people are believing that the old news is "current". I know it's near impossible to expect people to pay attention to thread post dates, so is there any way to block posting on these time sensitive threads so misinformation isn't spread around or cause disappointments?
