This sale says it "expires on Apr, 30 at 12pm ET". 12 can't be am/pm but noon or midnight. If the time refers to midnight, is it closer to 12:01am on Apr 30 or closer to 11:59pm?

I believe it's 11:59pm.
Or at least, that's when I'd take it as so I know I won't miss out if I plan to get something.

The sale states it ends at 12 PM (noon) EST on the 30th.

The whole point of the thread is that 12PM isn't really a "valid" time.

"12 PM" doesn't mean noon unambiguously.

Nevertheless, it looks like the sale does end at noon.
