I knew about the "compare" feature and had used it a couple of times when looking at toys to buy, but I never made a practice of using it.
Then they started EdenPoints and, I confess, I was bribed into using it.
Then I discovered that it really makes answering comparison questions much easier. No more flipping back and forth through the product pages to get specs (so I don't make stupid mistakes) - it's all right there.
Now I'm wondering what else I'm missing. What's your favorite "hidden helpers" on the EF website?
