Anyone else getting this little pop up for domestic shipping for $7.99? I dont want that. I want the free shipping since my order is over $35

I dunno, there were many different shipping options on the first checkout screen, did you make sure n' choose the free one?
If so, maybe try a different browser, sounds like a weird error.

I tried the free one, and when I go to the next page it wont let me go any further, just this little pop up thing comes up asking if I want to spend $7.99 on domestic shipping or something

Tried in chrome and IE

Hmmm... E-mail support. I know EF has been known to up the shipping and I suppose it's possible that the offer is no longer "valid" so maybe that's why it's charging you still? Definitely submit a ticket though!

Oh, wait a second... you are choosing the one that says "free" out beside it right? I know sometimes I can order $70 worth of things and get the Priority shipping option for free, but it'll make me pay for UPS. I never do UPS. Maybe that could be it?

On the $35 free shipping I think it's something like UPS Sure Post and USPS is still charged. That could be part of the issue as well.

Hey, your location has probably been set as a domestic remote location by UPS which makes the shipment ineligible for the free shipping. UPS is continually updating and adding destinations to this list. I believe it is based on zip codes and how UPS has mapped out their territories.

All of the carriers in the shipping industry are having to figure out new rates in order to compete in the market while still providing the best possible service.

I was able to enter a "new address" into eden (Same as the one I have), and it went thru with no issues. Maybe it was a glitch? I get stuff by sure post all the time, so I dont know why they'd decide to change it.

Stormy is correct on what she said. Now that they've changed their territories, I'm not able to order as often as I wish and have to miss the Thursday and Friday sales even if I have over $35 for free shipping. If I want something, I have to add it to my assignments. I even had over $79 on my last order and although it shipped free, it went through USPS not UPS like it used to. Things are always changing and have to adapt.

UPS needs to leave good things alone I'll start doing what you said to do Unfulfilled. I just needed the stuff for Rocky Horror so I wanted to try to get it ASAP and while that corset was still in stock

I've been having the same problem and it was driving me nuts. I even missed out on a sale item from eden friends I had my heart set on. :'( I did what you did and it worked the 2nd time. The key is to delete the four digit code at the end of your zip code. Then it does not come up as remote anymore. I think it's a glitch.
