Does anybody else total up the prices of the toys in their toybox vs what they actually paid? I started doing this to show my boyfriend I wasn't wasting a lot of money, but now I'm kinda proud of how much I've saved.
Anybody else do this?

Markup on sex toys always seems high, internet prices seem to differ widely depending on where you buy the toy.

Going by Eden's prices, the box of toys I like is worth $451.94, but I only paid $35.71. (Points, coupons, giftcards and ridiculous sales [and I only bought at Eden and B&M stores])

I haven't seen sales over 40%.
Unless you count freebies like giveaways and the codes for the EF bullets.

Yeah. This 50% off sale is the highest sale I think I've ever seen. They give out coupons for 25%/30% off a couple times a year though to their contributors.

I find that the markup is 50-70% in B&M stores, sometimes even more. Eden seems to only do 20-30% and some of their sale prices are at or below wholesale cost.

That said, I've never added it up but I know I have saved quite a lot thanks to EdenFantasys!

I don't think I've ever actually totaled everything up. That being said, I know I've gotten good deals on things between assignments, points, and coupons.

Thousands. I stopped counting over a year and a half ago. I know I've paid a fraction of the worth. I joined before there were so many programs so a lot more used to come from out of pocket and commissions (which I consider "real" money versus EP). But now, it is less out of pocket. Will work hard for free products

I watched a few minutes of ShopErotic on NOVA the other night. They were selling Lelo toys at $259 marked down to $199. I found it to be outrageous and considered calling up and giving them an earful. (Like it would do any good.)

And I have seen a few products on Eden that I knew were higher than on other sites but for what Eden provides in community, support and user feedback and participation programs...it's worth that extra $$.

I do. But considering how few I buy outright, instead of with gc's and points... the amount is staggering.
