the 30% you get from facebook

I know you can get 25% from friending EF on facebook (which i did a long time ago), but you can get 5% off from sharing. So my question is, what do they mean by sharing & how do you do it? I thought shared the deal on my facebook page, but I still don't get the 5%. I would really like this extra 5%.
