Sad day for my Salsa

This morning my Salsa took a dive into the depths of my garbage can. I've only had it about 9 months but it started quickly loosing power and just didn't appear as powerful as it was when I got it. I try to keep it charged and it got used about 2X a week. Really bummed that it had to end this way.

Awww. I'm sorry that this happened! Sadly, they're being discontinued, so get a new one while you still can!

Already discontinued. The only place I have found one is on ebay but they want $12 for shipping.

I believe there is a 1 year warranty, but my husband threw away the paperwork so I never sent it in.

I believe you should still be able to contact the company as long as you have your receipt showing the original purchase date.

I'm having a problem with my Rondo holding a charge. I've contacted Close2you a couple time & haven't received a response for help. I guess I'll have to keep emailing them as well as look for another way to contact them.
