Refreshing randomly?

For the past couple of days, I've had a problem with the page I'm on either refreshing by itself, or navigating me back to the page I was previously on.

I tried clearing my history completely, thinking it might have been a cookie or something, but no luck. It actually happened the first time I tried writing this post, so I'm writing it over again.

I use Firefox, so I thought it might be an issue on their end, but just tried using IE and I'm still having the problem.

It appears to be a problem I'm only have on EF, and usually happens in the middle of me commenting on a thread or a review. Thankfully, if I navigate back to the page using my forward and back arrows, the text I've written is generally still there, but it's not always the case.

Has anyone else been experiencing this type of problem as well, or is it something on my end? I wouldn't have started a thread if it wasn't becoming a real issue, so I'm curious to see what the responses are. Thanks in advance!

That happened to me yesterday, and I blamed my mouse. It hasn't happened since, though, so maybe it was my mouse. I did have that sort of thing happen repeatedly on another site once, on my work computer, and it must have been site-side, because it eventually went away without me doing anything.

I'm on Firefox and have not had any issues. I've not heard of a page refreshing automatically like that before.

Hmm, I'll have to try restarting and maybe give my mouse some new batteries. Thanks for your input, everyone!

I didn't think anything of it until reading your post. I thought it was just my sometimes glitchy connection.
