Are you more willing to buy a couple cheaper toys to test them out? Or find a review you trust and shell out more cash than the average toy customer?
Price vs. Quality : Which do you go for?

I've gotten to the point where quality is becoming more important than price.

Quality for sure
07/27/2012
I do both. I have fun with the cheaper items but save up for my quality products. Sometimes the cheaper ones have really surprised me and the higher end ones have been duds. This does not happen often, but enough to keep me going with my little bit of everything strategy.

I always go for quality, but they don't have to be really expensive (i.e. Tantus dildos).

I prefer quality. And I've found quality all over the price range.
If I am having to pay 25USD for shipping on top of the asking price... I want quality ALL the time. And when I write reviews?? I have no problems saying that the price was not worth it, or the manufaturers review on the product is just not so.

If I'm buying it I go more for quality, if I'm reviewing it I'll look at cheaper items, as mentioned cheap doesn't always mean bad.
07/28/2012
Usually a mix of both. When looking at a range of products I want, Price/Quality are my two biggest concerns. The deciding factor is usually quality, so long as the difference in price isn't so exorbitant that it'd break me.
07/28/2012
Yeah its interesting because I find a lot of cheaper toys that can be higher quality than more heavily priced ones

Really depends on if there is something I have been really wanting to try if its cheaper an fails its not as disappointing as spending tons an being disappointed

Most of the time we'll hold out for quality over price. Most of the toys or other items that seem to catch our eye now are the quality products.

I want a quality product at a fair price. There are some bargained price toys that are excellent quality and some high price items that are questionable. The reviews have really helped me sort it all out.

A little bit of both for me. I'm not going to spend $300 on a stainless steel toy when I can get something similar and almost the same quality for $100. But quality is kept in mind for silicone toys, I usually order Tantus and Doc Johnson silicone toys.

Value...so basically a compromise/combination on both.

I just look for how happy the previous people to have bought them have been with the product. If it's really cheap and only so-so quality, but the reviewers all say that it's a great buy, I'm probably going to buy it.

I prefer quality over quantity for sure. But my priority is to go for body/health safe toys.

When I was starting out with toys, I would usually go for the less expensive ones. Now I know what I prefer, and that's usually a bit pricier, but better quality.
08/06/2012
I've become a toy snob! I prefer my higher end luxury toys because for the most part they are better quality. I have had a few that I really didn't feel were worth their price, but a few that I would have paid double for. I have got cheaper products that I really loved, but most of them are glass dildos. How can you go wrong with a glass dildo unless it's not useable...no matter the price?
