Not sure if this has been posted before, so here goes regardless. OK, so there is a product I really have had my eyes on for quite some time now. It is 25% off, but out of stock. Unless I am missing something, it can't be ordered to take advantage of the sale price. Am I wrong or is this the way it works? If I'm correct, do you think you should be able to place an order for a product that is out of stock and then receive it once it is back in stock. I would be willing to sacrafice a few weeks wait period as opposed to paying full price for it. Thoughts anyone?

I have some thoughts about this one.
Half of my wishlist is "out of stock" AND on sale, "25% off" or more.
1) I want these items badly.
2) I can't have these items because they are out of stock.
3) It feels like a slap in the face because they are on sale but out of stock.
I know it is not EF's fault and it is probably just some general percentage off that I want to take advantage of, but come on. I want the product! I don't want it dangling in front of me and I can't grab it up.
To answer your question -- No, it cannot be ordered; unfortunately. I think you should be able to "backorder" the product and get it weeks later with the sale price if you already want to pay for it right on the spot. You can't do that though :/ I wish, I wish, I wish. I would have "backordered" so many things, so many times.
My rant is over. CONTINUE TO TALK ABOUT THIS TOPIC.

If you have a partner that has an account, you can order it off the wishlist for this price under their account. This way you can still get the deal, itll just be on back order. I did this with my head tingler under my husbands account. It works

If something is on sale and out of stock, there is no way to place the order to take advantage of the sale. However, we are constantly running sales. There is a chance the item will go on sale again or that a coupon code will come up that could take a certain percentage off.
...and don't forget to set an alert for when the product comes back in stock!

Dear Eden, the Out of Stock issue is so frustrating! I wish Eden would have a bigger stock of certain products that seem to sell out all the time. I'm looking at the Pure Wand for example, which is in stock for a few days then it's sold out again!
Bigger stock for the popular products, please.
Best regards,
"I want my damn Wand and Liberator Throe, ASAP!"
