Is it our internet connection, or are others finding the site getting "glitchy"?

We love EF. We have shopped here a couple years and were always impressed that it was one of the easiest to navigate and best designed shopping sites...of any kind...out there.

In the last month or two, we have started getting technical hiccoughs in our "experience" at EF, however. For instance, we will sign on....but then there is a delay....a LONG delay, and the site doesn't find our MY EDEN points. For another example, I will click on one shopping or Forum area, and the site "ignores" me. I just don't "move".

Are other people noticing this?

I've been having issues, most of which cleared up, but for several days. Currently, I get no drop down menu when I click My Eden on the top right. It shows the points fine, but I can't get the drop down menu, so I have to try tricks to navigate to my dashboard, etc.

BTW, I do a thorough cleaning of my computer every day before shutdown, so no cache, history, etc. to worry about. I was going to see if it resolved on its own as many things have recently, but seeing your discussion prompted me to answer.

Please let us know what happens and if your problems are resolved!

The only problem I have found is when I open the web page it wont let me sign in. It doesn't bring up the menu to sign in, the only way to sign in is if you try to purchase something i think. It isn't my browser and has nothing to do with cookies. It wasn't working for me a few days ago, and now it is working and I have changed nothing.

It keeps signing me out even if I told it to remember me... and even if I navigate away and then come back in the same tab. Otherwise it seems to be working fine.

I also have an issue that just started about a week or so ago when I select to subscribe to the comments on a review. I happens either when I use the checkbox below the comment entry box, or the clickable link above the comment box to subscribe. I end up seeing the three green balls rotating like usual while it's being carried out, but now they just hang their indefinitely, instead of disappearing (I tested it, they stayed hanging there, but after half an hour, I closed the window in frustration!) When I check back by reloading the page, it does show that I'm subscribed, but it will stay hanging there even after the request apparently has gone through. So, this is a minor inconvenience, but still annoying.

The problem of no drop down menu for the "MY EDEN" in the upper right hand corner of each page however, is a real pain in the butt! When I click on it, I briefly get the spinning green balls replacing my avatar and it looks like it's about to resolve, then it goes away and leaves me with nothing! To get to my profile wall is harder now and I usually have to click my own avatar link from in the forums to get their. To get to my account, I can then follow the messages link from my wall, or get their by clicking my assignment cart and going from there.

I use a version of Chrome called Comodo Dragon, but I just tested the site with IE and had no problem with the drop down menus, so go figure!

Yes. I've noticed at times, that I click on something and I'll be rerouted to the home page.
