They even ship to Russia, although a lot of shipping companies boycott it.

Yeah, but it's pretty shitty since the move!
Just be prepared for a LONG wait

They even ship to China!!! (Thank goodness or I'd be out of luck!!!!)
But the postage costs are sometimes just as pricey as the contents which makes me chuckle!!!!

Really? With me it was a bit different. I waited for a month before and during the move. But since everything settled down, my next order was shipped in hours!

It seems, EdenFantasys has different shipment options for different countries. Before the move to Atlanta, packages were sent to Australia via courier, and it was really fast. But now EdenFantasys sends packages to Australia via USPS. That takes much longer, no wonder Australians are frustrated (here's the discussion).
As for Russia, there never was other option but delivery via USPS. Russians are used to be patient The shipment to Russia takes typically 2-3 weeks, sometimes more or lesser.
@Shellz31
I have to agree, anyway, several weeks is a long wait...

but the cost is lower with USPS.
Can I ask something to the ones who make international orders, the invoice you get with the order show the discount for gift cards?
I mean, if you made an order for $50, used a gift card for $10 they you paid $40 total, how much it say on the invoice total?
I asked this to ED and they say it will not show gift card discounts. So you finish paying more taxes than you should.

I ordered a parcel with toy toys right in the middle of the move to be shipped to China. The parcel arrived on time. The only problem that happened with that package, was I never got sent a confirmation that it had been shipped, or a tracking order; and a day or so before it arrived, I sent a ticket asking what was what, and was told that it would be shipped in the next day or two.
I was worried and excited at the same time thinking that I would get two packages!!! But, I only received the one the next day.
A few weeks ago, I sent a parcel to a friend in Canada, with no problems. It arrived the day stated on the tracking site.
Agf; when I place an order with a gift card, on the invoice (from what I recall that is!!!) it does not say that you used a gift certificate. It just says you got a discount. BUT when you get the email, it shows that you used it. As well as when you pull up your order here in your dashboard.

Anybody ever had to pay more than $25 or $35 on the international shipping? Not counting that you put many items in your order, but I mean unusually high because of the size of the product or something like that.

My last order shipped the next day which I'm totally thrilled about.
It's good to have things back on track!

Perhaps they don't have a contract with a courier over there? I know the Toll courier over here worked with the US DHL courier to finalise the shipment.
That's the only choice we had and I was thrilled with that.
I think taking that long all along would have driven me nuts. I'm just waiting to see if AU continues to receive USPS.
I know they seem to be the cheapest to ship with in the US but I would have thought Eden would have a good deal with any companies they ship with cause of the amount of packages been sent.
Considering there are planes going everywhere in the world on a regular basis, ya would think USPS would be a little faster than that to get to ya, huh.
I know for a fact that our customs here in Australia aren't the ones who hold things up. They get things sorted pretty quickly.

No - my packages only go up when I add items. Although, there was one item I was looking at awhile ago (I think it was a large Liberator wedge) and the shipping was going to start at $38 or something like that.

But I'm yet to buy just one item that is heavy enough to go over the $25.

Well the shop allows me to check out with liberator wedge+ramp combo with $25 shipping. The FAQ says it's at least $35 but whatever I even asked support.

I put a small bottle of lube in my cart and looked at how much it would cost to ship it internationally and it said $25. I think that's outrageous, is that how it works? Do you have to pay $25 for international shipping even if it's for a small item? Just wondering.
