There is a story that was published in 1985 called If You Give A Mouse A Cookie and it is hilarious. It starts with a boy giving a mouse a cookie...then the mouse needs milk with the cookie...then the mouse needs to wash his face...then other things happen - and eventually it gets back to giving the mouse a cookie again.
In other words - you can't just give a mouse a cookie- cause other things happen.
I think this has been "If you give this reviewer a gift card" week because I've made...a shocking (I just counted them] FOUR orders. Two are due in tomorrow...one the day after and the other one either Saturday or Monday (most likely Monday).
It started out so innocent though.
First I received an order where I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size lingerie. I did the support ticket to return it and went ahead and ordered the correct size and added two more pieces to get the free shipping.
Then I realized I could get a monthly assignment - that same day I received my $25 gift card for last month's weekly rumble win - and there were brand new DONA products...so of course I had to add them (I still had $2 left from the card).
The next day DONA perfumes came in...and I had just received another gift card for stuff I'd sold on Eden Classifieds.
Then today - thinking, "I'll be good - NO MORE ORDERS" - a lingerie item I've been waiting for - came back in stock.
So I ordered it - plus I added body butter that my daughter wants from Booty Parlor....and some other things.
I think the only way for me to break this cycle is to stay off the site.
Oh wait...tomorrow I think I'll have a credit for my affiliate code...
Hmm....I wonder what I can order then?
