Depends on the items I want. Sometimes I do once a week. Sometimes once every 2-3 weeks.

Sometimes once a month. Than sometimes I wait a couple of months for something big or a big order. I only will make impulse if there is something that I wanted that was out of stock comes back in. Or if something that I think will never be around again I will grab it.
