I chose a pair of leather tethers to use as riding reins, getting them only because it is a pair, and I received only one, packed in very neatly, not even in the supposed box! (Of course it's going back for a proper replacement, thanks to the lovely and always most helpful and kind staff! ^^)

Has such a thing ever happened with you too, that you received the ordered item but something important was missing?

Not me, but a friend of mine once ordered a rechargeable toy and the charger was missing. She got one sent out to her real quick. It was a Fun Factory toy, and I imagine those are easier to overlook since the chargers come in their own box.

I got lingerie once that was supposed to come with stockings, and didn't. And I got that Lifesaver vibrator, that comes in the case. When I got it, it was only the case and no vibrator. EF was really nice about it though, and sent me a new one.
