The affiliate code is usually listed on a member's profile page, and when you made a purchase using their 15% discount code, they will earn a 5% commission from your order; I'm sure whoever the EFer is, loves you a lot for using his/her code!

Yep, I've done that. I grab codes from active users who've made an impression on me, but I don't usually remember whose code I'm using by the time I actually place my order.

Order information isn't released, so when someone gets commissions they often don't know where they are coming from, just that they're there. (You can tell the difference between online/offline affiliate sales, but not who placed the orders.)

What Stormy said is true. It would be very intrusive and immoral for them to show who was using their code and what they got. It only shows if it's an "offline affiliate" sale (i.e. code usage) or "online affiliate" sale (i.e. link click-through) and how much they paid, since that ties into how much commissions will be.
