I like the idea of dual use toys like these that are a soft vaginal exerciser/kegals and also a silicone dildo.
But I'm not sure weather ether of these toys can do all they claim to.
I need a vaginal exerciser that is soft & flexible but I'm also shopping for my first silicone dildo.
The reviews from the Fiji say it is better used as a g-spot dildo.
Which of these is best for strengthening my vaginal muscles? I need that more then another dildo.
If you have a product you'd like to suggest instead of these as a soft vaginal exerciser that isn't too big, please do!
Thank you for all the help!

What is the best soft vaginal exerciser?
(20 posts)
I need to treat my sexual disabilities with a vaginal exerciser that is soft enough not to hurt me and not too big.
But I also like the dildo part.
If you know of any helpful products that you could recommend please do so! Thanks!

I'll give you my personal opinion: when it comes to kegel products, it's not usually about the product "doing what it claims," as much as it is you actually working to make a difference. Just like regular exercise. You can buy any weights you want and they all definitely "work," but not if you aren't putting in effort or doing the work out properly. Does that make sense?

So basically, no matter what product you are using for vagina exercise, it's going to "work" as long as you're properly and diligently exercising.
As for my opinion on those particular products vs. others, well, I prefer balls because they are convenient. With these dildo/toy type exercisers, you have to set aside private time and go spend minutes using them daily whereas I am exercising my PC muscles right now while I type because I'm wearing the mini Luna Beads. See? You'll need to base your decision off of a few things, convenience included. If you're busy like a lot of us, you may find the balls would fit better into your schedule. They'll give you the same results provided you use them regularly.
Another deciding factor is size. Have you taken that into consideration? I know most people don't seem to need to. It seems the majority of women go for the typical balls (which are all about the same size give or take except mini's, which are smaller.) but you have others who cannot use the typical sized balls because they're too large. Me for example. I thought the size was a one-size-fits-all ordeal, so I wasted over $50 on balls that were all way too big for me. One set I could not even insert!
So, I realized I needed miniature balls. That's when I searched and found that those of us who need smaller than average kegel products have only a few options: Lelo Luna Mini Beads. Bedroom Kandi Beads (I have both, prefer Lunas) or the barbell products, those are usually an okay size.
Anyways, I hope that was helpful some.
I'm sure those both will work. At the very least, you'll have a new dildo. If it happens that you don't find time to use this type, use it as a toy and go for the balls. Or both. Or perhaps you've already thought it out, and you can devote time to using this type of exerciser.
If I were going to get a longer exerciser, like the ones you posted, I would choose either Fiji or the metal barbell, or the small glass ones available. Let me see if I can find those...
The one above is the small Crystal Premium Glass Kegel Exerciser. It also comes in large, and I believe medium too.
And for the steel Kegelcisor..
And can't forget the other Berman ones, they're glass and have weights in them and do look like a good choice for this style of exerciser.
As for the Kona exerciser up there, I just think it would be too large for my own self, but as long as it's not too large for you, it will work.

Oh no! I'm sorry. I'd forgotten you said silicone and soft. Ahhh... Well, then I guess Fiji would be best. Unless you're really stuck on Kona, which just looks a little too big for me, and for my idea of beginner-friendly...

None grab me

I agree with kendra, the balls are much more convenient for me.

I would get silicone balls instead.

Thank you so very much for all the help! I ended up buying the fiji.
I'm planning on buying a set of kegal balls and the magic banana too.
I haven't yet found my perfect kegal tool but I'm doing my best to kegal daily.

Kendra's right that it's the amount of time and seriousness of your kegel workout that determines how much you gain from it more than the product you use. Kegel products might make it more enjoyable though and might help somewhat however.
I've always thought that Laura Berman's products weren't well thought out. The two products you listed are silicone and work oddly as kegel toys and also aren't firm enough to be great G-spot toys either.
I have high hopes for Evi being a really innovative kegel toy, although I don't have one yet.
