Do you combine monthly free review assignments with purchases?

Contributor: bayosgirl bayosgirl
I just very recently figured out that you can combine your free review assignments with purchases. I can't believe it took me so long! Anyway, I was just wondering how many people do this vs. having EF ship your review assignment on its own. I will be combining from now on, for sure.

I do it sometimes, and I don't do it other times. Depends on what items I'm wanting and how many gift cards I have saved up. It's really nice if you just want something small, because you save on shipping. I think I've gotten some odds & ends of beauty stuff that way, rather than having to wait until I had a big order ready to go.

Almost every time, I figure I can save some shipping on lesser priced products that way. Besides, I like opening up the box to see three or four items inside. lol

Seeming I am new to being able to get free reviews, I didn't know I could do this. However I know that I will be doing that from now one as I am starting to get some funny looks from my apartment management because I have been getting so many boxes sent to me lately.

I actually prefer it, for the reason of free shipping. So I will save my order until it is time for an assignment. Yes, I know, bad Peggi, but hey, when you spend a lot of money on products, having that free shipping option if you don't make the $59+ cut every time is really nice!

If there's something I really want to add to my order with the assignment I will add it to my cart. After hanging out on Eden for a while you eventually learn all the things that you can do, which is awesome! I love it here.

I do when I want something that doesn't cost as much as $59 for free shipping that I want. I use that as an opportunity to throw in miscillaneous things in.

Every time. Usually I get a few smaller items that I need that I would otherwise have to pay shipping for.

I did hear probably in a forum that this could be done but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe this week!

Normally, I do have more than just my assignment that I want, so I do add to the order. A lot of times, it will be over the $59 free shipping limit anyway though. I just buy when I feel like buying

I usually try to get something, but not always because sometimes I already placed my order and spent all my points.

ALMOST every time. A few days ago I got a few DRs so I added in some batteries (that I didn't know I needed until I got my Wonderland toys! I always run out of AAs first!)

Sometimes I'll add a lot on, sometimes I'll add a little, and if I want it to ship out right away and I'm at the cut off deadline to order (It ships the same day usually if I order by 10:30 my time) I'll just skip adding something and be sad. X3

I do it often to take advantage of the free shipping. The hard part is refraining when I am saving for a large ticket item.

I always wait for my free review with free shipping because shipping to Canada is ridiculous! And there isn't any free shipping over $59.

Yes, I usually cross one of the lower priced items off my wishlist this way.

Lol! Usually I'm already placing an order when my review items come up, so I just stick em in. If I'm not, though, I don't make purchases just because.

Free shipping is a major bonus for a canadian girl like me. I'm relatively recent in the advanced reviewer world but so far I have added other things every time. Plus it's a lot more fun to open more things at once, as Tim said.

I generally speaking do not do free reviews. I buy what I like using EF's generous discount and review those toys - and I generally review all that I purchase.
