Just wondering what I should do about this. I sent an email on Friday but I haven't heard anything back and I'm nervous about what might happen if I don't get this resolved; should I just wait for an email back or should I also submit a ticket?
Cancelled a 30% discount assignment order, can't reship?

What are you trying to do, exactly? You placed an order on buyout, canceled it, and... tried to place the order again?

Yeah. I'd ordered it with another review product, except that one got cancelled and I was told I'd need to cancel the order.

I didn't need to cancel the buyout item itself, nor could I, since I'd already gotten it ordered... so now I've got a 30% review item sitting in limbo.
Forgive my derp for not explaining it better in the first post, whoops.

Oooh, okay. Gotcha. Yeah, I'd send them a ticket. It couldn't hurt, right?

True! I'll do that... Thanks for the replies too, I was kind of fretting over the whole thing. :B

Everyone is correct, a support ticket is the way to go.

I love JRs response. Keep calm and carry on. Wish we could use that approach for most things in life.
