Backorder Items Never Showing Up?

I made an order about a year ago and one of the freebie toys was the Astrovibes Gemini. After my order shipped I received a notification that the item was on backorder and would arrive in 6 weeks... it never did. I had in fact forgotten about it until I made another order this week and saw that the order is still pending

I was just notified again on my most recent order that one of the items (a wish-listed porno) is on backorder . Given my experience before with backorder items: Is there any chance I am ever going to get the movie? Especially since Eden no longer carries porn? Should I just cancel the film as I don't feel like waiting indefinitely for it and I actually paid for the item?

I would recommend submitting a support ticket. That will probably be your best bet for a straight up answer. I had a similar situation but it was for an item that was out of stock, not discontinued or anything like that. It was on backorder for nearly a year but after submitting a support ticket I finally got my item.

I had something on back order, and it took about 6 weeks for them to ship it... a year is rather extreme.

If it's a free gift that was on backorder, then most likely not. As the item was probably discontinued after we ran out. But, please submit a support ticket and Antoneo or Ilya will look into it.
