Is there a typical period of time between when a new product is add to the site as "upcoming" and when it is actually available for assignment requests and purchase?

I can't give you the most accurate answer, but I can say it seems like each product varies. Never can tell how long it'll be before it becomes available. For instance, I seen several listed today that are already available, but know of a couple products that show up here for 6+months yet they never did come in stock or some just never came available, so it's hard to ever know.
