Hello, I am trying to place an order. when i choose the free next day shipping it has a pop up that says ruael locations are only shiped via USPS priority. what is going on? i have been recieving over night deliveries to my address. Is this a glitch?

i also checked and there is no limitations on the delivery. on the standard free shipping over 35.00 there is but not on the get it in time for the weekend banner. help.. plz.. thank you so much

I have the same issue. I submitted a help ticket and was told that Eden recently updated their site. When they did the update, it made it so that a bunch of new "remote locations" were added. Apparently the remote locations are added by UPS. It sucks -- a lot. The customer service rep that I spoke to basically told me that there was nothing that could be done about it.

Prior to my post on the subject (August 20th -- Kindred linked to the thread), I had received overnight deliveries several times over the past year.

thank you all so much. i really apreciate it. yep i fear you are correct. oh well. i am too wiped out to worry about it. 12 hours of cleaning rooms. i'm ready for bed. and off to do it again tomarrow. yikes.. at leat i got to place my order before the sale ends..

The USPS is about defunct and I'm sure they're making a ton of changes to all kinds of things, and UPS may be eating some of their (USPS)overhead so things would change on their end as well. less
