Ok, I just read an old post about the abuses of the point system that someone managed to rack up $1400 in points in a short period of time? Dang, It takes me an hour to get $2.50. I will read the reviews I am interested in on my phone at night and then rate them on the computer the next day (I have alot of issues with the eden site working on my phone). So between reading and stuff at night and then everything else during the day, I might get 250 or 300 points in 2-3 hours of work. HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET THAT MANY? Cheating much?

I imagine they had several accounts and did only spammy activities. It takes 2-3 hours to get 250-300 points when you're actually taking the time to read and engage. Still, that had to take a LOT of time. I can't imagine having the patience to mindlessly collect that many points.

Sounds like it takes us about the same amount of time. After everyone is asleep at night I will read all the reviews and stuff and then comment on them using the computer then next day. I average about an hour or more of reading at night and then take about an hour on the computer the next day commenting on products, what I read etc... My husband and I will often just shop around and goof off on the site at night and then I will comment on them the following day.

With no editing or students graduating, I average around $7-$10 per day if I write reviews. I could not imagine racking up that many points unless you made no orders for about 6-12 months....like who would do that??

I know, I cannot seem to rack up points for more than a couple weeks, I always plan to but something always comes up for sale that I want before I can save up a huge number.

I suppose they could have been "botting." Basically you set up a computer program to do pre-set actions for you.

It is very shocking, right? If I am active, I get around 250 points a day.

That was probably back before we had the "take a break" message and made it so people couldn't share EdenPoints gift cards.
Yeah, we got them before they were able to get away with their ill-gotten gains.

I got excited when I got $72 worth of points when we had double points week, I couldn't imagine getting that many points. Especially in such a short amount of time. In general I get about 400 points a day. On a good day.

Crazy town! I think I average about 150 pts/day.

I have gotten to around 500 points in one day...but usually a lot less than that. 1400's a lot of points, especially since I already feel I spend too much time on EF!

That gosh darn pop up thingie is addictive!!!!
I have no real idea how many points I get each day. I don't pay attention to any other number than the last two digits.
