I'm just curious, what's the usual time frame between submitting an article and getting it published?

Generally speaking, it takes 3-5 business days. However, there are a lot of mitigating factors in play.

For example, we're just barely beyond the holiday season, and editors took a break from editing to spend time with their families. We also just announced a writing contest, and those tend to cause a bit of a bottleneck. And, of course, how long it takes you to respond to editors when they ask for revisions can affect the process.
If you submit something, and you haven't heard anything about it in a week, and it hasn't been published, drop me a line at rayne@edenfantasys.com and I'll look into it for you.
Thanks!

I just submitted my first article about 4 days ago, and I guess I'm used to my reviews being published within a day or so. I was just worried that something might have gone wrong.

Yeah, no worries. I have a few in limbo too. However, if you go to Sexis you will see that a few are starting to get through. You just have to be patient and wait for this holliday/flu epedimic junk to pass.

I figured that it was the competition announcement that clogged things up. I've never partaken in one myself before.
