Holy cow do they ever! I recently had a problem with Paypal sending my order to an old address due to a site issue and the EF staff and customer service suggested some things to ask the post office and really tried to help the best they could! Polite and friendly and really pulling for me gave me the courage to talk to the post office and get them to reroute my package (I suffer from outrageous social anxiety so it was a stretch for me). I also have an amazing post office here in Middle America (just wanted to shout out to all the postal workers we have in the community)
The guys here are amazing...much love for them!
