As you are new to the site, you have a basic service level. To be able to get free toys for a review, you should have a basic plus or an advanced service level.

Basic plus level assigned to those who join in the mentor program. There you pick a mentor, who will share with you his knowledge and give you several great advice. After you successfully finish 2 reviews, you will graduate and get an advanced service level.

Since you have 3 reviews posted, there is another way to become an advanced reviewer. You can send a request to get an advanced service level. As soon as you get at least 5 votes from our wonderful community, your request will be approved.

I tried to request the Harmony strapless strap-on but it said I could not request an item with three or more pending reviews. I guess I was too slow in asking.
