No matter what template a reviewer uses, it's great when a review features more personal experience, rather than technical characteristics of the item. The real life pics & video also help a lot to decide whether I'd like to try the toy/lingerie or not.

I find that the Standard template helps me remember to hit all the main points. It's weird, though, when I start off a review now, I frequently only have the option to do Extended. Is the Standard getting phased out?

We've created a separate template for vibrators, while you can still use both standard and extended templates for all other toys & lingerie.

I am in the process of writing a review. I am done except for the pictures I would like to add. My problem is when I try to upload the pictures to the review it doesnt come up as a picture but as the “http address.” I don’t know if that is the correct terminology....my question is when I submit it and it is put on Eden’s site, will it come up as the picture or still as the “http.” I hope you can understand what I’m trying to say being that I am pretty much computer illiterate and normally computer useless Sorry if I am not totally understandable ....thank you for any help, Blessed Be, Lisset

I prefer the extended template, but I hate the photo upload process. I usually write the reviews on my tablet or phone. The review section of the website is not mobile friendly though, and the photos cannot be cropped and rotated how I need them to be.

I spent a good two hours yesterday trying to upload photos to my review. I ended up only being able to put 3 of them in, I had a few more but i simply couldn’t get them to load. Ive no clue why. Maybe because I was on my tablet? Would a laptop be more photo friendly?
